Andriana Toscano is well equipped with the fundamental understanding of the details and complexities involved in the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law. Throughout her career, Ms. Toscano has worked on many diverse divorce and family matters involving high-stakes litigation which included custody disputes and elaborate financial issues of equitable distribution, and has successfully conducted fact-finding hearings as first chair attorney.
Ms. Toscano’s love for the law and zealous devotion to her practice combines the skillset and knowledge which was gained throughout the course of her career, and is applied towards her everyday practice as an attorney. She understands how important it is to provide clients with compassion and integrity during such difficult times.
Ms. Toscano graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2011, and received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2015. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. She has been selected as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers for 2020 and 2021. Ms. Toscano enjoys living in Queens with her husband and two dogs, Charles and Tut.
