Aoife Collins, Esq.

Aoife is a widely experienced attorney with a reputation for excellence in legal counsel, representation, and litigation.

Across her diverse career she had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles including a competitive Federal Clerkship, Associate and Counsel roles with prestigious NYC-based law firms representing high-profile clients in family law matters, including the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial, separation agreements, custody, visitation and support matters, and the valuation and equitable distribution of marital assets. Previously, Aoife was also a corporate contract attorney supporting global enterprises in matters related to M&As, antitrust, and anti-competition. Throughout this work, the common thread has been my reputation for excellence in providing legal counsel, representation, contract drafting, and litigation.

Originally from Ireland, Aoife earned my Masters of Law as well as a Bachelor of Civil Law (the equivalent of a JD in the US) from the National University of Ireland, Cork. After completing my degrees, I earned the Irish-American Bar Association Scholarship as one of the top four law school graduates in the country to serve as a Clerk for the US Federal District Court in California.

Ms. Collins was admitted into the New York State Bar in 2002 and am a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
