Richard Arce

Richard has been a matrimonial and family law attorney for nearly a decade, practicing throughout New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island and Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties. Richard has gained a reputation as a fair, but firm advocate that always has their clients best interests in mind. Richard has extensive experience in all aspects of matrimonial and family law ranging from paternity proceedings to complex financial matters and everything in between. Richard has also conducted numerous custody and guardianship hearings and has prevailed in a years-long custody matter in Family Court. Richard personally understands the mental and psychological toll divorce can take on people and has used that experience to ensure that the client receives the best and honest counsel while they are navigating a difficult part of their life. Richard lives in Manhattan with her loving wife and dog, Belmont.
